We Keep your correspondence and receipts in order, ensure all critical inspections are carried out, make sure your trades are informed and complete the work with minimal disturbance and stay on top of your build to ensure budgets and timelines are met.

5 Key elements in becoming a homeowner-builder:
You need to have proven ownership of the land you want to build on or renovate.
You complete the Owner Builders Course. This can be done online with the help of ATCOST & includes elements such as work safety, drawings, estimations, cash flows, managing the work.
You also complete a White Card safety course. These are run all over Sydney and regional cities most days of the week and can also be completed within the online Owner Builders course which ATCOST can help you complete.
After completing the courses, ATCOST will assist you can get an Owner Builders Permit.
Check Insurance requirements. It is recommended but might not be mandatory to take certain insurance cover. Public liability insurance is one. Workers Compensation may be required depending on your situation. More details are at NSW Fair Trading and ATCOST can advise you what is required for your build
