ATCOST is Australian owned and operated. With a combined 50+ Years experience ranging from Estimating, Construction Management, safety and construction Supervision. As a team we have notable accomplishments in many aspects of the construction sector, most recently working with major developers in NSW completing projects from the Northern beaches to greater west of Sydney. Our ability to produce such unique & creative design solutions within the construction industry has allowed us to work closely with an array of manufacturers & trades allowing us to obtain competitive pricing within the industry.

Meet the team

With more than thirty (30) years of multi-res, luxury residential construction and value engineering experience, Richard’s role is to support the pre-commencement of all projects as well as oversee the project from start to finish. His early involvement provides assistance with estimating and buildability requirements, to enable seamless transition from tender through to commencement onsite.

Greg has worked in various supervisory and project management roles and his extensive building knowledge ensures every task is completed with a high-quality assurance. Greg has strong management skills dealing with multiple personnel across the industry, his abilities allow him to successfully manage any site and ensure deadlines are met and the project is completed to the highest standard. Greg prides himself on high quality workmanship and he is strongly motivated to ensure a site runs smoothly with attention to detail and has a focus on communication within the workplace.

Amanda has worked in various sectors of the construction industry from Tender/Estimating, WHS implementation, supervising, sales, compliance and office management roles. Due to such a variety of roles within the industry, Amanda has acquired strong skills in the administration and compliance sectors with proven knowledge of contract administration, ability to decipher construction drawings, HR consulting and account management. Her passion for the industry and drive for client satisfaction ensure a seamless easy transition from start to completion of any project.

A master of site management Chris is a self-motivated team player with the skills to keep machinery running efficiently, deliveries navigated, landscaping executed and all trades on site managed unanimously. His experience onsite allows him to think quick on his feet, make quick decisions and have a strong attention to detail to ensure nothing goes unnoticed onsite.
